Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to render your artwork and fulfill your order:

• Design inputs — the place, date, time, style choices, and any words you add to your star map.
• Contact details — your email address (used for receipts, download links, and order updates) and, for framed prints, the shipping name and address you provide at checkout.
• Payment metadata — order totals, currency, and a Stripe customer/session reference. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages viewed and referrer, used to improve the site. You can decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner.

• To generate and deliver your personalized star map files.
• To process payments and produce, pack, and ship framed prints.
• To send order confirmations, download links, and shipping updates.
• To respond to support requests and enforce our Terms.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your design content for advertising or model training.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you check out, your card details are submitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Skywoven receives only a token and payment metadata — never your full card number. Stripe's use of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

For framed prints, we share your shipping name, address, order ID, and finished artwork with our print-and-ship partner strictly to produce and deliver your order. They are contractually restricted from using this information for any other purpose.

• Stripe — payment processing.

• Google Maps Platform — city and place lookup on the design page.
• Print-and-ship partner — production and shipping of framed prints.
• Email provider — transactional receipts and shipping notifications.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep your design session working and to measure aggregate site usage. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies from the consent banner shown on your first visit.

Draft designs are kept for up to 90 days so you can come back and finish them. Paid orders, receipts, and shipping records are retained for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion of any personally identifying data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@skywoven.art from the address on your order. We will respond within 30 days.

We use encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure — if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Skywoven is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date.
