Terms of Service

Skywoven ("we", "us") designs and sells personalized star-map artwork as digital downloads and framed prints. Contact: support@skywoven.art.

When you complete checkout, you make an offer to buy the product configured in your design. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed and include applicable taxes where required.

All payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the order total, including any shipping and taxes shown at checkout. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is void and any files or codes issued for it may be revoked.

Digital star maps are personalized to the place, moment, style, and words you enter. Because each file is generated to order and delivered immediately, digital-only purchases are non-refundable once the files have been delivered. If your file has a defect (missing content, corrupted export, or a rendering issue we can reproduce), email us within 30 days and we'll re-render or refund it.

Framed prints are produced on demand by our print-and-ship partner and dispatched to the address you provide at checkout. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Shipping times depend on destination and carrier.

You are responsible for confirming your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before the order enters production; once it has shipped, changes are not possible.

• Defective prints — if your framed print arrives damaged or with a production defect, email support@skywoven.art within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will replace the item at no cost, or refund it if a replacement is not possible.
• Personalized digital files — non-refundable once delivered, except for verified file defects (see Section 4).
• Buyer's remorse / wrong details — because each item is personalized, we cannot accept returns for changes of mind or for details (date, location, spelling) entered incorrectly at checkout.
• Lost in transit — if a print does not arrive within a reasonable window after the carrier's last update, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, reship or refund.

You retain rights to the text you enter. We retain rights to the underlying artwork system, catalogs, templates, and code. On successful payment we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered files for personal, non-commercial purposes (printing, displaying, gifting). Reselling or redistributing the files is not permitted.

Star positions are computed from published astronomical catalogs for the place and moment you provide. Artwork is intended for decorative and sentimental use and should not be relied on for scientific, navigational, or legal purposes.

You agree not to use Skywoven to submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harassing content, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms and refund the amount paid.

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
